| Whom do you ask for assistance?
1-- Faculty librarians will assist students with
their requests as part of the regular reference process.
2-- Those ACC Centers which have ACC Library staff on-site will assist patrons.

| How much will we copy/send
per requester?
1-- Maximum of 3 articles per day.
2-- Maximum of 30 pages per day.
e.g., If a student wants 3 articles (article A =
12 pages, article B = 27 pages, article C = 15 pages; total pages = 54),
she will have to chose which article(s) she wants copied and sent.

| What kind of turnaround time
can we promise?
1-- If a request is turned in by 6pm (Mon - Thu),
the article will go out in the next morning mail (if that campus has morning
mail pickup). If turned in on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it will go out
sometime on Monday.
2-- We can alert students to mail delivery schedules
but cannot promise that it will arrive the next day.

| How will the requester
be informed that the article has arrived?
1-- The requester is responsible for checking at
the circulation desk for the requested article.
2-- The Library will not call.

| How long will we keep the
articles?
1-- We will keep the articles until the end of the
current semester.
2-- At the end of the semester, the file of
received articles will be purged and the paper recycled. |
