Who we are

Welcome to the Cypress Creek Library.  Our full-time reference librarians are Linda Clement, Molly Dahlstrom, and Adrian Erb. You will also be assisted by adjunct librarians Ruth Cook, Jeannette Curtis, Claudia Ford, Carlyn Gray, and Jane Thomas. The Circulation Desk’s staff includes Senior Library Assistant Nancy Garrett, and Library Assistant Tara Fleming.  Rosemary Burkes is our Senior Administrative Assistant. Melinda Townsel is our Head Librarian.

Our facilities

From the opening of this campus until December 2006, the library was housed in the ‘Multi-Purpose Room’ in Building 1000. It was very crowded, so moving to the new Building 2000 in January 2007 was a huge improvement for both staff and library users. Do come by – you will enjoy the natural light, variety of seating options, group study rooms, thousands of additional printed materials, and double the number of available workstations in the Library as well as the Open Access Computer Lab. Read, study, relax, and of course, get friendly and efficient help. We will be expanding our hours in Spring 2009 when Cypress becomes a Weekend Campus.
