Point of View or Bias

There's nothing wrong with a source having a point of view--as long as you are aware of it. The problem comes when you don't realize information is biased.
  • Are there connections the author or publisher has to special interests?
  • Is the writer making an effort to present more than one side of an issue?

 

 Sometimes it's clear if there is a viewpoint…

 

and sometimes you have to dig it out.
