Choosing From the Results of Your Search

Usually, your search will lead to a screen listing several titles - sometimes hundreds of titles -- that match your words. (See image below.)

(If there is only one result that matches, you will go directly to the record of the item. See the next section for more information about interpreting the catalog entry.)

Information such as the title, author, publication date, owning campus, and format are given in the results. Some may be media or online e-books.

After you have perused your results and you want to see more about a specific item, click on the underlined title of that item in the results list.
