available from the ACC library website: http://library.austincc.edu/eresources/AtoZ.htm

Wide Web, it's often smart to begin by using a web directory if you have a
general topic, such as "Child Development" or "Journalism." These
directories list quality web sources that have been reviewed by a real

Librarians"
(
library.austincc.edu/w3/) or Librarians' Index to the
Internet (http://www.lii.org/).

can do all the techniques listed below. We recommend you pick one of the
following search engines and learn it in some detail.
