There are various ways to locate web pages:

Surf – Simply start somewhere on the web and click on hyperlinks. Obviously this is a very unorganized way to search. (However, it can be a lot of fun.)

Go to a specific URL – This is the easiest way to find something. It obviously requires that you know the web address. URLs are everywhere these days—on billboards, on cereal boxes, on your course syllabus. Just type the URL in the box near the top of the browser screen and hit ENTER.
