The “Know How” campaign was launched in Fall 2005 to help publicize Austin Community College 's Information Literacy program to students, faculty, staff and of course, the ACC Board of Trustees.

"Know How” is not a program but the catchphrase for Library Services' information literacy (IL) campaign. It is our way to build awareness of our IL efforts.

“Know How” does not simply advertise the benefits libraries can offer through access to electronic resources from home or campus, but focuses on essential instruction and knowledge —the “know how”—that helps one make the best use of library resources and services.
