Scope of Web Page

This site supplements the print, media and electronic resources available in the ACC libraries. It focuses on culinary news, research, techniques and cooking skills. For information on the hotel and restaurant industry, including restaurant management, food management, and food safety, see the Hospitality website.

Mimi's Cyber Kitchen
