- Lists more than 1700 sites in 40+ categories, from ballet and
modern to butoh and capoeira.

History Scholars Online Resources page
- Provides links to web resources in dance history, including archives
and museums, periodicals, organizations, and specific periods in
dance history, such as medieval, baroque, etc.

- Louise Reichlin's site links to comprehensive sites, but also
has a nice section on specific cultures.

- Archives of the Early
Lindy Hop
- Judy Pritchett's tribute to the Lindy Hop, which started at the
Savoy Ballroom in Harlem, 1926, in consultation with original Lindy
Hopper Frankie Manning. "Lindy Hop became a dance craze worldwide,
known as Jitterbug. It evolved into many forms, such as West Coast
Swing, Rock'n'Roll, and Boogie Woogie."

- CriticalDance is an international non-profit entity established to support all of the dance arts. This site is a celebration of all facets of dance and ballet and includes photo galleries, external links, an online forum, and articles from the current "Ballet-Dance" magazine containing performance reviews and upcoming performances and conferences.

Yahoo's Dance Links
- The local version of the Yahoo web directory and search
engine lists over a dozen Austin dance web sites.

- Describes the programs and personnel of our local ballet
company.

- El Grupo de Danza y Arte Folklórico de la Universidad de Tejas
- El Grupo formed in October 1975 as a student organization sponsored by the Division of Recreational Sports at the University of Texas at Austin. "They were the first group of their kind in the Austin community to offer an authentic example of folkloric ballet."
