• HealthWeb -- HealthWeb provides links to specific, evaluated information resources on the World-Wide Web selected by librarians and information professionals at leading academic medical centers in the Midwest. Selection emphasizes quality information aimed at assisting health care professionals as well as consumers in solving their information problems
• MedWeb: Biomedical Internet Resources -- MedWeb is a catalog of biomedical and health related web sites maintained by the staff of the Robert W. Woodruff Health Sciences Center Library at Emory University. MedWeb pages are browsable and searchable.
• Virtual Hospital -- A continuously updated digital health sciences library. The VH provides invaluable patient care support and distance learning to practicing physicians and other healthcare professionals. Its Iowa Health Book provides information to the general public on a variety of health issues..

• NORD (Natnl Assn for Rare Disorders) -- The only organization of its kind--a unique federation of more than 140 not-for-profit voluntary health organizations serving people with rare disorders and disabilities. Offers a searchable database and a browsable list of rare disorders.
• Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA -- Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) maintains this server to enhance public access to the Agency's information. Certain documents on this web site contain links to information that is not controlled by OSHA or the Department of Labor.
• Disability Resources from NARIC -- National Rehabilitation Information Center (NARIC) is a library and information center on disability and rehabilitation. NARIC collects and disseminates the results of federally funded research projects. NARIC's document collection, which also includes commercially published books, journal articles, and audiovisuals, grows at a rate of 250 new documents per month.
• Natnl Clearinghouse for Alcohol & Drug Info -- The National Clearinghouse for Alcohol and Drug Information (NCADI) is the information service of the Center for Substance Abuse Prevention of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration in the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services. NCADI is the world's largest resource for current information and materials concerning substance abuse.
