Specialty Graphic Imaging Association
Digital Printing & Imaging Association (DPIA) was founded in 1992; the multinational membership included electronic printing, pre-press companies, commercial printers, service bureaus, photo labs, reprographic companies and printer suppliers, and educational institutions. Screenprinting & Graphic Imaging Association International was founded in 1948; the international membership included printers who use the screen process of printing and/or digital printing. The two organizations merged to form the Specialty Graphic Imaging Association, which provides training, workshops and educational seminars, has awards, and annual conventions. The web site has public and private spaces that relate to employment, conferences, news, and information about the industry.
