The Reserve Materials Collections at the Libraries serve faculty and students by allowing easy access to items of anticipated high use. Materials in these collections are assigned shortened loan periods and require more stringent overdue penalties.

Faculty may place materials for their students to use, copy, or view electronically. Please consult with the Reserves staff on your campus for forms and information. Faculty should be familiar with Copyright, Fair Use and Photocopying guidelines. To put an item on reserve, please print out the Reserves Request form and take it with the material to be put on reserve to the circulation desk. See additional pages for more information...
