Student Study Rooms are now OPEN during library hours at select ACC Campus Libraries.

All students will need
1) to be enrolled for the current semester
2) a study room confirmation


Students are expected to comply with:

• ACC Library Services Code of Conduct
• ACC Library Services Study Rooms - Eligibility & Appropriate Use

Guidelines:

• Study Rooms are available exclusively for current ACC student use.
• Students may reserve Study Rooms up to two weeks in advance.
• Each booking is in 30 minute blocks with a 2 hour maximum.
• Students may renew by submitting an additional booking for a 2 hour session.
• Due to limited resources, Study Rooms may be reserved for a maximum of 4 hours per day. This limit applies both to individual students and to groups, regardless of group size. For example, a group of four students may reserve a room for up to 4 hours total, not 16 hours.

If a student needs to request an exception to these guidelines, they must seek permission from the librarian at the reference desk. Permission may be granted if there are no other students waiting to use the room.
