• The ILL service generally takes from two to eight weeks.

• By fllling out a print form (.pdf) and taking it to the reference desk at any ACC library.

• Document Delivery is the process by which a book or article that is not available at one ACC library is sent to another ACC library.

How long does it take?

• Document delivery usually takes one to two days.
