What is interlibrary loan (ILL)?

  • Interlibrary Loan is the process by which a book or article that is not available at ACC libraries is sent from another library that owns it.
  • ILL is available free of charge for ACC students, faculty, and staff.

  • The ILL service generally takes from two to eight weeks.

  • Document delivery usually takes one to two days.

How do I request a document delivery?

  • By asking the reference librarian at any ACC library to make the request for you.
