What should I do if I get a security error when trying to access a library database?

What happens when I get an error message like "Untrusted Connection" or "Your connection is unsecure."

The Library has received questions regarding certificate errors or security exception errors when clicking library database links. We are aware of this issue and it is not unique to ACC. Database vendors are moving to the more secure "https" and adding security certificates. So, you may encounter more of these types of messages.
