The Library Bill of Rights has been approved by the ACC Board of Trustees and is included in the ACC Manual of Policy.
• Form -- Request for Reconsideration of ACC LS Materials form is to be filled out if you choose to initiate the review procedure.
• Appeal Form -- Request for Reconsideration of ACC LS Materials APPEAL is to be filled out if the LS user is not satisfied with the decision of the Materials Review Committee.
